What is GANBANYOKU ?

Ganbanyoku means sauna-like spa which you lie on warm natural stones.

Bathing Method of GANBANYOKU

1)First, you change clothes to sauna wear prepared by Ganbanyoku spa.
2)You should drink lots of water before going Ganbanyoku, not to be dehydrated. 
3)When you go inside of Ganbanyoku sauna, you spread a towel and lie on it.
4)You lie on our stomach and stay 5 to 10 minutes. You can look at a clock or sandglass to count, usually they are prepared.
5)Then, you lie on our back and stay 15 to 20 minutes.
6)After you finished 20 to 30 minutes cycle, you must sweat a lot.
Let’s get out sauna, take a rest and drink water for 5 to 10 minutes.
7)Let’s repeat the cycle once or twice.
 
You should just wipe out your sweat instead of taking shower, because to keep your sweat moisturize your skin.
